While I think it's more of a clone of Royale instead of a Messenger Plus! theme, if Patchou gives you permission then you get my permission as well (as long as you clarify it's not an official theme and that it's not related with Patchou or GFDD) in this case. Keep it up .

And lee, while much more original, your theme is too plain compared to Plus' graphical style IMO.

I wish there was a way you could make it into a windows visual style file for people who have a patched uxtheme.dll (people who dont want an extra prog loading just for themes )

you cant... maybe contact leejefery he was making one for StyleXP or download WindowsBlinds. it themes more than StyleXP anyway..

Ya but i think that the style xp themes are easier plus i noticed that windows blinds (atleast the old version) uses a lot of system memory and slows down my pc. So i prefer style xp !!
