O.P. Huh?  monitor dell's motherboard
hmm....motherboard monitor doesn't support my dell dimension 4500S....(haha yea its a few years old)....anyone knows if anything else can or if there is a need in the first place to monitor mine? :$

No, sorry, MBM is the best monitor program, but DELL motherboards do not support that kind of program (same with overclocking).
