i keep getting a message saying error shutting down, and theres a timer and when it counts down to 0 it shuts down my computer.

any idea how to fix it?

You've probably got Sasser.
To stop the timer: On the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, click Start, and then click Run.
Type: cmd and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type: shutdown.exe -a and then press ENTER

Or MSBlaster.

If you get the message while you are trying to download the virus fix, click Start -> Run and trype "shutdown -a" (no quotes)

Actually, both viruses, show the same message.
I suggest you to download both of the removal tools to see which one you have

but i thought sasser worm heats up your pc and makes shutdown without notice.

i went to the first sitethat you mentioned and tried the test to see if i have the virus, it said i didnt have it.

try to go to the one i gave u.

PS: if it doesnt show up again that means that its gone
