yeh the BETA has been released.

theyll still be fixing bugs. alot of programs are released while there still in beta form, so bugs found by the public are reported and fixed for the final release. when they finish fixing bugs and think its as perfect as it can get they'll release it. then all people using MSN 6.x. will get a message when they try to sign in and say that a new version has been released.

If you look ajd, everyone started talking about how MSN Messenger 8 doesn't exist, that cropped up because people didn't bother to look into the fact that it's a skin...tbh, I think everyone knows now that version 8 doesn't exist...so do we really need to turn a thread about a skin into a thread explaining this, yet again...

Just to clear things up to those who don't understand, R-Style's offering a skin for MSN Messenger to make it look like version 8 might...It's not a bad skin, tbh, nice feel to it, but I'm not going to use it...

They probably knew it was a skin but thought that it was for MSN Messenger 8

btw, what version of msn is it actually for?

its for 7.0.0425 and i must say its a pretty nice looking skin
its actually called White MSN or Snow White MSN so as you can guess a lot of it is white

got me wondering this aswell

is it for current MSN 7 BETA or 6.2 or what?

MSN Messenger 8.0 has not yet been released.

It is hoped to come out when all of the bugs and errors are fixed in MSN Messenger 7.0

Why do people like you continue to post that.  We already know that.  And its already been said in this thread, and besides, that has nothing to do with what the thread is talking about.  This kind of stuff drives me crazy..... n00bs.. huh....
