Does anyone have a cursor that changes the hotspot like every 3 seconds, i tried to make one, but it never worked out, i was wandering if n e one else made one? kind of a prank to pull on my dads computer...

I think that the hotspot is fixed for all frames of the cursor, so you can't do that. I can't conform this, 'cause I haven't installed any cursor-creation program in this computer yet
