This may or may not work, but sometimes the XBOX drive can be dodgy.
Try burning the CD with nero at a low burn speed, and make sure "Finalize CD" is checked. That may work.

Did you rip them from the CD and encode them to WMA yourself?

i ripped it from her origanal cd just like that with window media player
