Before I learnt about the Quick Texts' power, I used to have my nick like this:
Leo spam.url.com [doing something]
And I'd have to change it all the time with the /nick command. Then I just did this (this is not actually as I have it, but it's an example):
/newnick
/nick Leo spam.url.com [(!P)]
/newnick eating => Leo spam.url.com [eating]
Very useful.
And now I've combined colors, formats, and stuff to my nick, so it looks cool.
Also, the ever useful custom /me command, done with StuffPlug-NG's /xchatname command.
/me2
/xchatname Leo
//me (!P)
/xchatname
/me2 kicks @$$. => Leo kicks @$$.
//me kicks @$$. => Leo spam.url.com [doing something] kicks @$$.
See?
Unfortunately, you can't nest /me2 (I think it's a bug) in another command.
/slap
/me2 slaps (!P) around
Probably gives an error.
