I have no idea where to start making a plugin, but I was wondering if anyone on here would be kind/bored enough to make one.

My friend and I have just been comparing our physics homework over msn, but writing plain text isn't expresive enough (i.e. we need subscirpt, Greek characrers, etc) and handwriting is too hard.

I've used equation programs in the past and was wondering if one could be made a plugin?

Couldn't you just call up the charactor map and copy and paste it over?

Could do, but what if the person I'm talking to doesn't have a specific character set? Plus, its hard to represent things like one number over another, or a square root of a long equation, and matrixes etc

Ah, thanks. I had a quick google before I posted with no results, but this is just the kind of thing I had in mind.
