O.P. window open alert

I heared that there is a plug in that tells you when a contact opens and closes you window, is this true?

Yes, Stuffplug-NG can do that, BUT if you use MSN Messenger 7 then there is no way of telling if a person has open a convo with you, because it loads your DP in contact card and toasts.
