do it with paint .. ust get one from another theme and edit it.. thats what i did

the ini. file is really confusing its simple yea but im not sure howto work out the progressbarx, porgessbary and width etc.

write, ive got this image. can any body help me with the other little image preferabbly with light blue bars and the system .ini file

how do i create a system ini?

EDIT: all the files including the .ini are finsihed in the zip file how dow i make them .bootskin? or how do i load them into bootskin without making them .bootskin

3RD EDIT:

BOOTSKIN FILE FINISHED. just create a folder in the skins folder of the bootskin program directory and bootskin.ini with your .bmp's in that folder and restart bootskin and its there! then just export it

CRASHED MY PC THINK WAS COZ TO MANY COLURS BUT I DID USE THE IMAGE CONVERTER STARDOCK LETS PEOPLE DOWNLOAD

why would it crash? the pic loaded faintly but not all of the colours and then a blue screen with white writing came up and it restarted and asked to go into safe mode etc.  i followed the tutorial oh
