When i put a password on preferences i mistyped it.
Is there anyway i can change it without accessing the preferences?

go to Start --> run --> type regedit and press OK.

I'm sure you could have found the solution using 'Search', but here's a small program anyway. Just type your e-mail address at the prompt.
NB: You'll need the VB6 runtimes to use this utility.
