i remember i can make custom text
like this

/warn1 test

What is the command for after /warn1 ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, if you mean you want to do something where you do:

/warn1 <reason here>

then that is perameters.

you will need to put something like:

This is your first warning.
Reason: (!P)

and then when you put something like /warn1 this is why

it will come out:

This is your first warning.
Reason: this is why
