Example of what should be in target field (rightclick the Icon you made on your desktop and choose properties):

"E:\Programma Downloads\msn\jnrzloader\universaljnrz\MSNLoader.exe" -C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe

Red part is what is already inthere (path to MSNLoader.exe), you simply add the blue part (make sure its the correct path to where your msnmsgr.exe is). Note: there is a space between red and blue part!

still not working look i will tell you i did got the shortcut on the desktop and in the properties i have got this C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\MSNLoader.exe now please tell me what should i write after this ????

It should be like this (including quotes if these are already in targetfield):

"C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\MSNLoader.exe" -C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe

blue part is what to add to it after putting a space.
