how can i block someone not on my list but im on theirs without blocking All Others

Wow, good question, I want this answer to.

I think adding them again then when you delete them make sure you check off 'i also wanna block this person'....

Yep, i always forget to tick the box If you tick the delete box when u delete they won't be able to talk to you

Tools > options > privacy...

and in there are 2 boxes, the one on the right is the people who you have blocked, the ones on the left of those who are on your "allow list." Simply find them on the list in the left box, and press the "Block >>" button...
