I don't think that if they both agreed to the sex without anything forceful, the woman should get less time in jail tbh, thats just my opinion, yeah it was a minor, but he wasn't immature, he love her or whatever, in my opinion, that makes the matter less severe.

Although the mere fact that the child was in the car is quite sickening

Well.. the boy wasn't a minor, as far as I know it's legal at 16..

Having a 2 yr old in the car at the same time is sick. :/

I don't reckon either of them should be jailed for long though, as they both obviously consented to it.. Just having the 2 yr old in the car should be offendable..

It is eighteen in the United States for most states.
In Texas it is seventeen.
