Just wondering, is there a way to change the little online/offline dude in the contact list without using reghack or any progs like that?

btw if this is regarded as skinning feel free admins/mods to move this to T+T or delete

well you can change it by getting a skin, or reshack but you say you dont want to do that, so i think it is possible to change the resources in memory to another image, but i think its quite hard and invloves API hooking and stuff.
