Reboot your PC into Safe Mode:
Click Start > Turn Off > Restart
Continuously tap F8
Choose Safe Mode
If Windows 2000 or Above, Choose Operating System.
Log into your Account
Delete Folder
Restart Computer

i got it, i ran a scna disk at start up and it fixed the problem thanks to everyone that tryed to help
