i changed my country to united kingdom almost one month ago and my inbox space changed to 25MB... how can i get the 250MB?

He very likely already has a @hotmail.com account. You can change your country in the profile there, then close the account and reactivate it again to get an instant upgrade to 25 MB, which is most likely what he did.

When you open a new account, you first get 25 MB (which is what the idea is after the method described above) and then you're upgraded to 250 MB after about a month.

I always thought you got 250mb account right away. hmmmm
