anyone know a FREE program to make online calls to phones in the UK?

Its not a program you need.  Its finding some sort of network which supports this,  the idea is sound however. I don't think many companys will give away free voice calls without a major flaw.  Perhaps you should try and find a low cost one instead although the quality of voice calls across the internet is supposed to be severly lacking

Skype

I know you can use MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger to call overseas but the person on the other end needs this program as well.

i dont think there are any PC to Phone networks

but if you are in the UK, you could get talk talk, or BTs Together plan.

There is.. Skype is one. But it costs money to do PC to phone

I meant free PC to phone networks, sorry.
