Hi,

I was on msn and a friend messaged me. My name was DrumNBass at that moment.. I saw he opened a convo,
then it was like this:

DrumNBass says:
I Suck
Fen0m (the friend) says:
true

he did both lines, mine and his!. His name changed so quick ( from bassndrum to fen0m) and mine fonts to his.. what is this plugin?? he was saying thins I did actually not say..

this is not a plugin for messenger plus
its another msn addon called Messenger Discovery

it has an !imitate feature which can be used to imitate your contacts

Most likely using Messenger Discovery's !imitate command which does what you described.

Edit: too late.

Maybe he used the /nick feature to change his name to yours quickly?

Okay here's an example:

/nick DumbnBass

"I suck "

then

/nick Fen0m

"true"

edit: yeah was probably Messenger Discovery i forgot about the imitate feature

I've been waiting for a plugin to quickly change your (chat)nick and font for one message and then change it back for a long time...
if i didn't suck at programming i'd try it myself...
Could be hard though... getting a contacts font

And since MD doesn't work for 7.x (yet) i'm still waiting...

Unfortunatly as it seems that it is very hard(if not impossible) to get a contacts font/color using api/plus! then I think this would be rather difficult unless you use a proxy/sock hooking as MD does... ...

thnx guys, it was messengerdiscovery with !imitate command. I threw it away beacuase it sucks 17 mb RAM and it makes my MSN unstable

And something about the following Ad-ware/Spy-ware/sponsor software is not optional?.. Or was that changed?

It's optional like Plus's...I really hope the whole optional sponsor thing ends up being a popular thing among developers, it's nice to see users tret with respect
