they seem to be offering unlimited webspace, php, cgi, ssi, website promotion and no adverts for free, with a mysql database if you pay £3 a month... seems pretty good... though you gotta be a resident of the UK..  theyre an ISP but i got the impression you can sign up for the free web space but not actually use their connection...

Mine is underdevelopment. You get a free mail form and forum as well. But u can only post some file types like:-
htm, html (Duh !!), jpg, gif, swf etc.
You cant host songs,videos and softwares on the free site. U need to buy a paid one then !!!
EDIT I had tried almost all sites on first few google pages and went to 50megs.com etc. They dont give u any site man. U type any damn thing and it will show u that its been taken.
I know this cause i tried with random text like "gflsdfhas" and even that didn't work.

U get a subdomain like http://urname.freefronthost.com or http://urname.freesuperhost.com and many more like that.

U get 5 subdomains is not slow. Its not as fast as google but for me loads as fast as this forum page most of the times. Well my personal site lods quicker as only words no pics are there on the home page.
