is there a plugin for handwriting on windows 98 cuz i REALLY need one if not could somebody make one please???

and about emoticon sounds does the person you send a sound to have to have Messenger Plus! to recieve sounds??

The Handwriting feature is designed only for NT Systems, e.g Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 (and Windows 2000).
It will not work on Windows 95, Windows 98 (SE) and Windows ME and it's not possible to make it work with those OS'.
