Sometimes this feature gives me an error, that say: tat the server is unavailable, or something like this...an if the problem persist, see the security configuration (perdon of my wrong english JUAJUA).....

Yes, we have answered your question already, the sounds server is under heavy stress because of all of the people that are using the sounds at the moment, its just a matter of when people stop using the sounds as much when it will calm down or whatever.
I just applied an update to the server codebase. It should be able to handle the load a little better and I'll be continuing to make optomizations as we go.
We are proactivly monitoring and tweaking the server to better handle the load.
