as you can see the msn log comes up as DATA BLAH BLAH which doesnt look normal to me?

That is the text Plus! is sending to the user to identify the sound and tell Plus! to find the sound on the server and play it.

It is pretty normal.
But it would be cool if it logged it in another way than logging the raw text/data

when you or one of your contacts sends you a custom emote sound that is the actual text being sent and recieved , Plus! then parses this text so you don't actually see that, you see the Play/stop buttons and the file name .
However when MSN messenger itself is doing its logging it doesn't even "know" that Plus! is doing this, it just logs the text as it sees it!

Yes I know im aware of how it works. Im just pointing it out to patchou so he can try and make msn not show the raw data. I dont know if he intended the release with this in it.

It's there for a purpose surely tho so you can use the sounds later on using the code?
And there's probably an option to turn this off have a look at Plus! Preferences.. Logging
