hi i wonder if anyone can help me. I can't sign into msn messenger, it just says unbale to sign in you in to .NET Messenger service at this time. Please try again later. 80072ee7
so i tested my internet connection on msn and that says.... the troublshooter has determined that you may not have Ineternet connectibinty. Please make sure yout Internet connection is working by using the windows network troubleshooter.
Obviously i am connected to the internet because its working fine it just won't let me sign into msn which is version 7.0 and its saying the same on windows messenger that i am not connected. Someone please help me

hmm check about firewalls because the MSN service is

"All systems are stable and running."

yes everything is fine but loads of people are on the net with it saying the same

Maybe the service is just down then for a while... sometimes people have trouble signing in should be fixed soon though

how long does it normally take? are you on msn at the moment?

Takes as long as it needs so could be a while... yeah i dont have any problems... where abouts are you ? country wise

well i have worked something out i downloaded a newer verison then it stopped working so i am taking msn off my computer and gonna download it all again

Try to not just put your topic title as 'help please'.

On topic, you can try this:

try the following:    Start > run > type: regsvr32 softpub.dll <enter>
                            Start > run > type:  regsvr32 initpki.dll <enter>
                            Start > run > type: regsvr32 mssip32.dll <enter>

Tell me if this works at all.

Also, try a different version of MSN Messenger. And do you have any plugins at all?
