Made sure that the box for enable notifications is ticked?

Boxes are ticked. Any other suggestions???

If I enable the plus notifications, do I have disable the messenger notification alerts?

If you enable the plus notification that informs you of contacts coming online you should yes, or else you will get double notifications, one from plus and one from msn

ok I'll do that now, hopefully it will fix up the problem.

Im not receving any notification alert toast window at all. What could possibly be doing this. Its been doing this for a while now.
