Hmmm I really gotta learn how to make plug-ins rather than just requesting them all the time

Well I was thinking for the boss protection can it be set up so if someone double clicked on the icon rather than msn just  coming up nothing happens
wait I will explain

you have to double click on the icon
then type a password
then msn opens
but a password box doesn't appear if you know what I mean

(If that isn't poss a password box would be fine... just thought it would be better if you just had to type it, so any "boss" who clicked on the icon nothing would happen however you would still know how to open it)

anyways there's my idea.....

You might be interested in the Ultimate Messenger Lock plugin. It combines the Boss Protection feature with the Messenger Lock feature: you can use this to completely hide the icon from the system tray and use a keyboard shortcut to open Messenger again.
