korn are nu-metal
cradle of filth are symphonic black metal (good band )
and venom are black metal.. they created black metal dude! (awsome band)

with all that cleared, lets talk about slipknot to get back on topic. They came down to montreal not so long ago but I didnt go. Joey is one sexy man but I wouldnt go see them just for him I have 2 of their albums but I aint as much into them as I used to be so I wouldnt go to one of their shows they're alright though. Wait and Bleed is my fav song.
