Why can't I reach the website of messenger plus! (msgplus.net)?

I have tried several times, sometimes I get nothing, sometimes it asks me to log in with a name and password. I thought that messenger plus! was free and downloadable for everyone.

Perhaps I made a mistake. Could someone help me?

What were your plans to go on the website? If it was to download Messenger Plus you can also download it at http://wcarchive.cdrom.com/pub/simtelnet/win95/inetmsgr/msgplus.zip

If she's having that problem it sounds like an ISP fault...and changeing the URL doesn't change the IP address of the website you are trying to reach...so it is unlikely to work
