so display notification even when my status is set to busy is unticked.. if so im lost...

Plus toasts are unrelated to the ones of Messenger. Do the following and the Plus ones will go away.

Main MSN Messenger Window > Plus! (the tab at the top) > Preferences > Notifications > Popup Options > Then make sure that Display notifcations when status is set to busy, is not selected. Like below;

Then click OK, or Apply and the toasts for Plus will not apear when your status is set to busy (which will automatically be set when you go into a full screen aplication or game as said by your previous post).

here the "display notifications..." is unchecked
and the "show me as busy and block notifications when i'm on a full screen application" is checked

so

when i'm playing i am busy, and whem i'm busy i should not receive notifications from plus, but i do receive that

but it doesn't do it when the notifications are disabled completely does it?
are you sure its switching to busy mode properly?

and have you tried it with the notifications disabled completely?
