I've noticed a problem with the new version.

I assume due to the Anti virus limitations MS has put on the new MSN 7, we are now unable to send .exe files.

the problem is that this also means we can't send the Messenger Plus installer.
Is there any way around this?

Yeah. It sucks doesn't it. Well there are many patches out there now that have solved this problem. The A-Patch for example cures this limitation. You can also find some on Mess With Messenger. I think that with most of these your contact needs the patch aswell to enable the file transfer.

hmm there are some patches that can be found in mess.be to take off the limitations.

But u can also link them to the download

maybe plus can send it in a zip or something?

I guess in theory that would be possible, but it would be a complicated plugin to write
