nope there isnt. I dont think anyone would make a patch to remove those because those are usefull and dont annoy anyone because even if u do remove them there will still be some icons on that bar.

i think a-patch might do that, mess patch wont im pretty sure but have a look at a-patch.

I just saw this link in another thread. Try this program.

Make sure you download the latest version. It supports the Final Build.

Sorry at the moment A-Patch does not remove the Webcam or Audio buttons.

but previous ghost patch(.0732) remove that , there is no remove tools in ghost patch (0.0777)

As you can see from that Screenshot the Ghost Patch should solve your problem
A-Patch will remove certain things but its not what your looking for in this case.
