O.P. Quick Icons Panel
I don't understand how to customize the panels so that I can have my custom emoticons on a panel.  Could someone please tell me how?  Thanks.

they are on the 2nd panel by default, tho with msn messenger 7.0.0777 this doesnt work correctly, there will be a plus! update soon enough and the panel will show all custom emos in the 2nd panel onnce again :)
