My MSN started acting up recently. It was fine until yest evening.

Basically, I have Win XP.. everytime I open my profil, MSN crashes .. it just logs on and after a few secs shuts down again. I also have MSPLUS 3 installed.

It works fine on the other profiles on my comp soI don't know what's happened. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.. rebooting.. it just doesn't seem to work

in the microsoft newsgroup, and other places, like here it is stated that this is a known problem but so far there has been no solution for it.

everybody's advice seems to be email msn support

Thanks. I've tried reinstalling other versions but it just keeps crashing. It's day 2. I can use it on another profile on windows. It's so weird. I have the same program installed but it only works on one or two profile... I am guessing it's a conflict but I have no idea what to do about it or if there are any patches... and what's with the run time error... what's R6025?

yes i have the latest one and it was working fine until it gave up on me.. dunno what happened...

Did you try reparing it, instead of uninstalling-reinstalling?

Repairing is different than reinstalling. When you run the setup, choose Repair, it repairs registery too (Could be a reason.) -- Until we find a fix, you can use the MSN Web Messenger: http://webmessenger.msn.com

yes  i have but nothing juts won't work on my profile.. will work on others. It just crashes on mine

The only thing i  can think of is having a conflict.. i don't know what else it could be coz it's rather odd it working on the same comp but not  on my profile
