Every time i try to download this plug-in called plug in manager its comes to a terms of service...
I click accept..
It goes right back to the plug-in directory....
I dont know if its me but... heres the link

we may aswell cal lit a GoogleSearch if we telol people that all the time .. this is what Cookie an myself talked about a week or 2 ago, help the people out before suggesting o Search the Forums
