Well you need a host. You can either pay to get professional hosting or get free hosting.

If you want to make a Blog
www.blogger.com
www.tripod.lycos.com

If you want to make a websiteand you don't know HTML
www.50megs.com
www.freewebs.com
www.tripod.lycos.com
Theres lodes of them around. Try searching Google.

If you know HTML
www.pluh.com (click pluhweb)

There the only ones I can think of off the top of my mind.
Hope that helps.

I have easy php too :P We can only c ur site when ur pc is on and easy php is connected.
Now gothere and make different folders (in ur www folder), one 4 ur website other for ur blog etc. and ur done
If u want multiple wordpress blogs then while making the table just change the table prefix (me_ for u aunt_ for ur aunt etc)
Then to log on to ur site the url will be http://localhost/my_site_folder_name for ur blog it will be http://localhost./my_blog_folder_name

JackSparrow - you'll need some kind of DNS setup to point the domain names to your computer. You'll also need a static IP, a lot of bandwidth and you'll have to leave your computer on the whole time. I would recommend going for a small dedicated hosting solution - if you want, I can offer you space in my reseller for a very low price. PM me if your interested.

i belive if you want to host websites from your home computer you will need:
domain names (as many as you need, usually $10 a year USD)
a dns server /service
a static ip
a crapload of bandwidth (unlimited is good)
a pc that will be running 24/7
a webserver running on your pc (apache)
and something like the apache modual mod_rewrite to handle the request on the domains.

(if you want to get fancy you can also plug your server pc and modem/router into a ups (uninterupted power supply)
