Hmmm..got it

It appears that when Plus! paints the contact list, it uses a smaller fontsize for Traditional Chinese..

I still can't use the "Display formatting attributes in the contact list" function.

If I enable it, everything looks fine when I open my contact list from the systemtray , but after I resize the windows horizontal or some one oline/offline.... will mess my contact list.

I attach an zip file contain an "avi" shows how it happens.

Based on some reason, I reinstall my system.(WindowsXP Pro SP2)
the weird contact list problem solved itself
I can now have MsgPlus work with "Display formatting attributes in the contact list" enabled.

really don't know why this happen...
cause I reinstall MSN messenger and MsgPlus several times yesterday and it didn't help .

Thsi problem is often caused by Regional Settings options... for those of you who still have the problem, go in your Regional and Language Options, Languages tab (second one), make sure "Install files for East Asian languages" is checked. Then click on Details, go in the Advanced tab (second one) and make sure no option is checked there).

If you changed anything in your options, restart your computer. If it fixed your problem, please report back on the forum .

i'm having a problem with my contact list for japanese characters. it worked fine with a previous version of messenger plus. but now when i try to rename someone with japanese characters it just shows question marks. the ones that were entered in the previous version still show up fine.

help!
