1st Q: ive uninstalled n deleted the sponsor program of msgr plus' b4 n now its coming out again. so i went to my a/r p(<<Add/Remove Programs)  n uninstalled e sponsor alone then restarted my comp. then when i went to a site again, i saw the sponsor stuff again!!! it wasnt deleted!!!! then i went to the a/r p again to uninstall the sponsor again but they said it was already uninstalled but its STILL installed!! theres still the toolbar, the links, the popups n all! please help me solve this problem, anyone?!?

2nd Q: unrelated to the other question, i want to ask why the hell convos keep popping up with ME saying "lol look at this (URLURLURL)" the '(URLURLURL)' is some dunt know what the hell url~n i didnt even type the "lol look at this (URLURLURL)" then it jus started with all of my friends in convos n its so irritating everyone jus keeps asking me whats tt whats tt whats tt whats tt whats tt n its so ANNOYING!!!!coz i have over 40 contacts n usually, its always about 10 contacts online everytime so its really sickening!! anyone had this problem b4 n knows how to solve it pleasE?!?!?! i tried repairing msn messenger but it wont work!!

seems to be a virus, be sure not to click it, here's the removal tool if you already did, I think that's the virus we've just discussed :

1st question: Make sure you have internet explorer completly closed when you uninstall the sponsor. Check out How to uninstall ad-ware/sponsor for more info on removing the sponsor.

I dont think its those 2/1 viruses u guys are talkin about. n  for the 1st question, IM NOT STUPID IVE SEEN TT THREAD MANY TIMES MADMAN......um, i mean, ive seen tt thread b4........n my virus for tt stupid convo-popping up msn thing, its not whatever u guys say. its some gallery thing, each link comes up with the person's email in the link. its irritating!

you could block the person or copy the url thing into the filter feature of plus and make it say somehting else

It would help if you could provide us with the exact message. However, it does seem like it is a virus.

As for your first question, try to reboot your computer and then install Messenger Plus! again with the sponsor program. Then reboot and after that try to uninstall it right away.
