i think u r using any skin for windows.. try to set the appearence to default and restart ur pc then see that it fix ur problem or not other wise uninstall the system mechanic...and see the effects....

edit: what changes u  had done with system mechanic..??

- I reinstalled the graphics card drivers off the CD. No change.
- No updates avaliable in Windows Update (already downlaoded them)
- On System Machanic I search pc for viruses... I done a spyware check... Internet speedup... Defragment [although I stopped it because it was taking too long?] and some other things [getting rid of junk etc.]

Maybe if i do a full defragment ?

edit: And I changed the windows xp silver theme a while ago.

EDIT: Yay it's working I think I installed some drivers off the internet and now it's working.

It was coming up this before:

and when I clicked on yes, it didnt do anything. But this time it worked. Very weird.

Nvidia nforce is not a video card

its a chipset

if you are using the onboard video you have a nvidia geforce 4 mx 440 onboard

it sounds like your agp drivers have been removed

reinstall your nvidia nforce drivers again

this should also reinstall your video drivers

It's working now if you read my post above your one.
I reinstalled the nvidia drivers and it seemed to work.
