when i try to setup my webcam it comes up with we are unable to run audio/vido tuning wizard at this time. i have been trying for weeks but the same comes up...... it works on yahoo and aol messengers....... i tried un-installing and run a reg cleaner...... and i installed msn 6.2 and the same hapens my virus and firewall are set up to allow msn. my web cam is logitech. can any 1 help

Are your camera drivers installed properly? the Audio/Video tuning wizard may not be able to detect a cam due to the drivers not being installed.

Seeing as you have tried it with MSN 6.2, have you also tried the same thing using MSN 7 to see if that helps?

Yea the drivers are installed properly as i can use aol messenger a yahoo messenger.......

I have the same problem since installing messenger plus I msn V7 no longer see's my webcam. no webcam option in wizard
