I try to send emotion sound to my contacts, but they just heard nothing at all, may I know why?

They may not have Messenger Plus! installed, tell them to install Messenger Plus! 3.25 from www.msgplus.net, then tell them to install it, then restart msn, and try it...

Version 3.52.130, is this the problem?

The contacts need messenger plus to hear the sounds you send. If you get them to download and install MsgPlus http://www.msgplus.net/ they then can hear your sounds.
