O.P. Read this if the StuffPlug site doesn't work for you
Hi,
I've heard that there are quite a few people experiencing difficulties with stuffplug.com,
if you are one of those people please be so kind to give me the following information:
- The country you live in
- your internet service provider
next, go to start -> run, and type "cmd" for windows XP/2000/NT, or "command" for 95/98/ME,
then type these two commands: (both followed by a return/newline)
code: ping www.stuffplug.com > C:\stuffplug_dbg.txt
tracert www.stuffplug.com >> C:\stuffplug_dbg.txt
Next attach the file C:\stuffplug_dbg.txt or copy-paste the contents here
This information will help my hoster to fix the issue
Thank you,
TB

RE: READ IF STUFFPLUG SITE DOESNT WORK
I think the biggest issue is site overload when releasing new version and too big bandwith at the end of the month. As long as I have lived, I've seen stuffplug.com down once!

I am very likely to switch to a dedicated server somewhere soon. this will come with 1200GB datatraffic, about 5 times more than I currently have

No, this is only for people who can't access the StuffPlug site and has got nothing to do with the program itself.
Post a new topic for any other stuffplug problems.
