well lately ive tried accessing task manager but an error pops-up saying its been disabled by the system administrator and i was wondering how i could "ENABLE" it agian
?????

sorry about thread placemtn
...but that doesnt help when i run gpedit.msc an error comes up saying that snap-in creation failed
