Actually it looks like the Kelvir virus. A friend had it and it sent a message sometime like that. I found him a tool to remove it.

Like I said in many threads: please DO NOT link to removal tools directly!!!! Link to the OFFICIAL download page of those tools instead, because they contain very vital information which needs to be read and followed first!

(this goes also in general; if an official download page is available, never link to the files directly)
