i was listen to sound on msn and i heard someone say "f*ck" and "sh*t"
i reported so what happens now ?

you wait.  The Sound moderators have thousands of reported sounds to go through.

Yeah they may remove it, however it would be cool if in the next update to plus, Patchou added a new parameter so that you had the check box "This sound contains profanity or is offensive". That would be cool.
