Can someone tell me the minimal requirements for full screen video conversation in MSN Messenger 7?

It is strange coz with some people I can see the full screen button while with some other users I dont see the full screen button.

I am in Hungary and I can have full screen video with my friend in Sweden, meanwhile there is no full screen button when I talk to USA, or someone else in Hungary.

If you select video conferencing, it enables full screening.

If normal webcam, it doesn't

Both you and your contact will need a cam for video conferencing

Well in all cases we use video conversation and for some users I can see the full screen button for some I dont.

I wonder if its somehow country specific, which is strange.

I haven't experienced the problem personally, but could be due to their webcam?

Actually i think it IS country specific because I had to change the country in my profile to get it to work...

So anyone have a list of in which countries it work? We could get our own together by posting your country if it works.

Well, if you wanna collect the list then I guess it should be country pairs.  Here is my list:
