hi,
I have a problem with my msn 7.0. the emoticions on the main window are unclar and tiny but the emoticions on the convo window are perfectly fine? Do you know what the problem might be and I have tried to restart my computer! Nothing has worked and I am pretty sure I dont have a virus!

Theres no problem, that's just the way the emoticons work in the contact list, no matter what size you have the dps to show at.

I know that that wasnt my question... the emoticions are not normal like how they should be they are really small and unclear from what I know on the new version there suppose to look the same way they looked on the other version...! I'm not tlaing about the dp.

You're asking why the emoticons on the contact list are tiny and unclear? If so, then Ddunk provided the right answer.

The MSN Emoticons have always been around this size, the size is small due to that fact, thats how it works. If you provide a screenshot of the contact list we can see if this is what we are informing you about, but this is the most likely solution.

if you mean that your emotes are like that in the screenshot above (if you can't see them click here). Then that is what is supposed to happen.

no the problem isnt with "custom emoticons"! Its with the EMOTICONS ON THe main window! The messenger one not the convo one! it's all messed up and there not clear... But on the convo window they are perfectly fine!

yup that's how they are meant to be... hopefully microsoft will realise how stupid they look and change it in the future
