As you can see from the picture posted below, Features Packs does not show up on MSN Messenger. I have tried reinstalling etc. but no use.

The reason I want this is because you can get some free ones (like Adidas A1 etc.)

Any ideas why it isn't showing up?

i not sure, but you can get adidas one, and on advert on bottom but i not know answer problem have sorry

I would see if I could confirm this, but I'm using Wave11, which hides the Packs button.
As for the inability to see them, it may just be the servers having a slight problem. There's someone else on here with a similar issue with tab icons, and they're probably both due to the same problem, server-side issues.
I'm afraid you'll just have to wait it out. Though you could always try contacting MSN about it

I've had it for ages. It's so annoying. You can get free things by going onto packs > featured packs but i cant cos theres nothing there!

Possible a location drawback? Where abouts do you live?
