Hello both me and my friend have the latest msn messenger and have tried on numerous ocassion to use video conversation, but it doesn't show up. I only get the regular webcam with no sound. Anyone have any idea? We are both in Mexico, both have win xp and still it's nowhere to be found.

Have you gone through the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard?

On the main MSN window, go to tools, then Audio/Video Tuning Wizard, then follow the instructions of the wizard.

I did to the tuning wizard a while ago, but not since upgrading toe msn 7. I'll try it when I get home as I don't have a cam at the office. But it would seem strange that it doesn't even show up anywhere

Well, I tried the video/audio wizard and nothing shows up. Any other suggestions.. is it because of the country I'm in? I dont know if that option is country specific
