anyone got anything good that converts .ogg files to .mp3 files?

Why do you want to convert to mp3? Ogg is a superior format, all things being equal :P

However, check out http://www.dbpoweramp.com/. It does the job well enough, and allows conversion to a variety of formats.

Remember everytime you re-encode something, you are further reducing the quality!! ;)
